The Contracts Administrator will provide administrative support and be responsible for ensuring that appropriate contracts are placed and managed to support Company objectives in risk management while contributing to other objectives such as safety, quality, and cost control. The Contracts Administrator will oversee a growing portfolio of Master Services (“MSA”), Master Professional Services (“MPSA”) and Master Purchasing (“MPA”) Agreements that will support a broad supply base for both capital expansion projects, minor capital projects, and active operating assets. The Contracts Administrator will partner with business unit managers and operators to establish contract strategies, assist in development of work scopes, and ensure proper reviews are conducted by internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions & Duties/Responsibilities:

-Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure all details are covered in MSA, MPSA, and MPA agreements. Details include, without limitation, obligations of the parties, how QA/QC will be performed, work execution, measurement and payments, claims and disputes, and closeout
-Coordinates with legal, tax, risk, and other departments in the event Counter Parties desire modifications to FLNG standard agreements
-Plays a critical role in managing the integrity and record keeping of all MSA, MPSA, and MPA agreements
-Works together with Document Control to digitize the contract administration and fully integrate the contract processes with the acquisition processes
-Ensures all contractual obligations of the parties are maintained including, but not limited to  Insurance Certificates, Safety Statistics, Unit Rates, and Allowable Expenses
-Supports A/P for invoice and Contract/PO reconciliation
-Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by facility supervision
-Accountable for accurate record keeping and transactions
-The employee must have the ability to drive a motor vehicle in order to perform the duties required at all Company locations

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
Minimum Required: 

-High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-3-7 years’ contracts administration experience
-Understanding of the various types of contracts, including how contract administration can be affected by each type of contract

- Must have 3-7 years of experience with SAP

-Experience in contractual claims mitigation highly desirable

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Must be experienced in the use of PC equipment including software such MS Office, SAP, Power point, Project and Visio
-Must be able to liaise with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers and service providers
-Good written/verbal technical communication skill
-Good analytical problem solving skills, including root cause failure
-Active learner, Self-starter/motivated
-Trouble shooting/analytical skills
-Must be able to read, understand and adhere to HSSE policies
