Position Description
This position will be accountable for requisitioning requirements and all process related concerns as pertaining to requisitioning for the Company's business group(s). This role includes the execution of tasks associated with planning and requisitioning requirements for the business on a routine basis, and to enable obtaining and providing the correct material and services through requisitioning and related processes at the Freeport LNG Pre-Treatment Facility.

Essential Functions & Duties/Responsibilities
•Support the business group(s) in the creation and management of Purchase Requisitions in the SAP system
•Assist in the creation of both planned requisitions and also critical and emergency requisition requests
•Support the management of multiple activities across the lifecycle of the subsequent Purchase Order; raising requisitions, amending requisitions, reporting, receiving, issue resolution and close out
•Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within or between departments according to the group requirements
•Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
•Monitors warehouse materials inventories and orders, tracks progress of maintenance activities, and reviews factors which could affect schedules; coordinates and prepare material requirements based on work orders and schedules
•Performs various control activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials, monitoring internal orders, and advising/posting schedules of materials reserved and/or on order
•Perform SAP searches for vendor, material, MRP, requisition, contract, purchase order, Goods Receipt, or Invoice information as necessary
•The employee must have the ability to drive a motor vehicle in order to perform the duties required at all FLNG locations
•Reviews operations and maintenance schedules and related information and confers with department technicians, supervisors and leads to determine service and material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material
•May arrange for repair and assembly of material or parts
•Assisting with ordering and expediting of non-stock materials and parts
•Tracking and coordinating Maintenance of Rental Units and Test Equipment
•Coordinate project inventory orders to possible project specifications with the assistance of operations and maintenance team

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:


Minimum Required:  High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
5 - 10 years of SAP Administrative experience with a combination of work and education

Preferred: Associates/Technical Degree

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
•Experience in plant shutdown/turnaround activities including material reservations, resource allocation, and assisting with planning and scheduling needs
•Have familiarity with SAP Material Management (MM), Finance (FI) and (PM) Plant Maintenance modules
•Candidates possessing SAP procure to pay implementation experience including knowledge of the procure to pay process (i.e. Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Master Data & Conversion, Roles, Invoice Workflow and Approval Workflow) would be highly regarded
•Working knowledge of SAP in the oil and gas industry highly desirable
•Must possess Strong PC skills to perform proper documentation and reporting and should be familiar with and able to use and be competent in using MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
•Understanding of Vendor/Equipment supplied data sheets
•Leadership/Delegation Skills, Effective communications
